I too think that sometimes we get confused and think that man was made for the Sabbath (ie church & church callings/ service/meetings/ routine) instead of the sabbath having been made FOR MAN. You have captured many of my thoughts on this matter. <BR/><BR/>I think one of the difficult things is that many local leaders have a do-it-yourself approach and do not deligate very well. There is also a lack of keeping in mind personal responsibility. I mean expecting people to pretty much take care of themselves.<BR/><BR/>I have been involved in local church leadership a lot.
